If your order arrives damaged or incorrect then please contact music@rickyjamaraz.co.uk with your order number and proof (images / video) of what's wrong and a replacement / refund will be arranged :-)

Returns cannot be accepted.

Please be aware that most products on this store are manufactured & shipped automatically by third parties, so if you made a mistake with your order details, there may not be a way for it to be fixed!!!

Ensure you enter the correct address at the checkout and have the correct size / colour selected if applicable!
